SALON POLICIES

 Here are some important things you should know before booking:

These policies are put in place so every appointment can run smoothly and on time.

 

  •  All New Client's will have to pay $50 deposit towards any Chemical Service before we will accept the booking. This deposit is used towards your first appointment. An Invoice will be sent to you to secure your booking. 

  • Time // Most full appointments take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on what is being done. Please manage or clear your day so we can enjoy our time together. :)

  • Payments // All appointments are to be paid for in full before leaving the salon,.

  • Late appointments // If you are more than 15 minutes late for your pre booked appointment you will be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations & Re-booking // 24 hrs notice is required for any cancellations & or rebooking. If frequent cancellations and/or rebooking takes place; a deposit will be required.

  • No Shows // will not be tolerated and will not be rebooked.

  • If you are not happy with your hair we will redo your hair for you. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. A surcharge of $25.00 will apply.
