Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All one-on-one makeup lessons must be booked in advance through our online system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee No-shows will be non-refundable One reschedule per booking is permitted. Punctuality Please be ready and available at your scheduled time. Sessions will begin promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson to respect scheduling. Online Session Requirements To ensure the best experience, clients are responsible for: A stable internet connection A well-lit space (natural light is ideal) A clean, makeup-free face (unless otherwise instructed) Having your personal makeup kit and tools ready A prep guide may be provided prior to your session. Results Disclaimer Makeup results may vary depending on individual skin type, products used, and technique. Ongoing practice is key to mastering your look.
