This personalized session is your opportunity to sit down with one of our stylists and colourists to discuss your hair goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have. During the consultation, we’ll assess your hair’s current condition, texture, and natural colour, as well as your skin tone and personal style, to recommend the best colouring techniques and shades for you. We’ll also discuss maintenance, aftercare, and how often you may need to visit the salon to keep your colour looking fresh. Whether you’re looking for a subtle change, a bold new look, or anything in between, our team will provide professional advice tailored to your needs. Consultation Fee- The cost of the colour consultation is fully credited towards your next colour appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your spot to another guest. We also offer a waitlist for clients eager to get in sooner—your timely cancellation helps us fill that spot. Deposits are again required to make an appointment with us, as are time is valuable.
