  • How do I cancel my membership?

-You can fill out a cancellation form at the front desk or send a letter to submit your request. The billing will stop after 30 days once your form is submitted. 

  • Can I request a specific stylist?

-Yes!  You are always welcome to work with whatever stylist you would like, as long as they are available during your requested time.

  • What is a level charge?

-The level charge is an additional cost that is collected on the day of service depending on the stylist you see. All of our pricing is based on a level system that is determined by the stylist’s demand of time. It can range from $5 to $20. 

  • How do the level charges work?

-When working with a stylist above level 1, a small fee will be applied at checkout to compensate for the stylists' time.  This additional charge will not effect your monthly payment.   

  • How do I tip?

-You may tip your stylist in cash or card at the front desk.

  • How long does my membership last?

-Your membership will last one year from your sign up date, and you are welcome to come in and cancel your membership with our front desk at any point.  

  • Can I freeze my membership?

-You are more than welcome to put your membership on an indefinite hold.  Just be sure to come in and work with our front desk to get it taken care of.

  • Can I share my membership?

-No.  Our memberships are for individual clients only.  This way our stylists can tailor their services specifically for your hair!

  • How do I upgrade my membership?

-To upgrade, notify our front desk in person.  They will lead you through your new membership benefits, and set up your account to upgrade on the first of the next month!
